What does Entity Solutions do?

Entity Solutions LLC is a Sacramento-based managed IT services provider (MSP). We design, install, and operate IT infrastructure for local businesses — from low-voltage cabling and network installation through endpoint management, Microsoft 365, backup, and 24/7 endpoint monitoring. Everything is included under our flat per-seat Entity Shield plan.

No. Entity Solutions LLC is an independent Sacramento, California managed IT services provider founded in 2025. We are unrelated to Computershare Entity Solutions (a global corporate-governance and entity-management firm), Entity IT Solutions (a remote IT support and web design company), or Entity Solutions Pty Ltd (an international workforce-management and compliance firm). What is Entity Shield?

Entity Shield is our flat-rate, single-tier managed IT and security plan. One per-seat monthly price covers everything: remote monitoring (RMM), endpoint detection and response (EDR), Microsoft 365 management, backup, helpdesk, patching, and cybersecurity monitoring. No add-ons, no add-on tiers, no surprise line items.

How fast is your response time?

30 minutes during business hours (M–F, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific) is our written SLA commitment. P1 incidents get a 4-hour resolution target with after-hours emergency response included. Both are contractual.

What if we already have IT?

About half our clients come from another MSP. We document everything we do; if the relationship ever ends, you get the documentation, the credentials, the configs. There is no vendor lock-in.

How does pricing work?

One flat per-seat monthly rate, everything included — custom-scoped to your organization and quoted at discovery. Workstations, servers, and mobile devices are all priced the same flat rate, with no split. Hardware and project work are quoted separately, in writing, before any work starts. Microsoft 365 licensing is billed separately — we'll quote retail or use your existing tenant. Request a proposal and you'll get pricing within 48 hours.

Can we cancel?

Yes — month-to-month after a 12-month initial term, 60-day written notice. We earn your renewal every year. Documentation handover at exit is contractual.

Do you do compliance work?

Yes. Every Entity Shield account gets the control matrix mapping to CIS Top-18, NIST 800-171, SOC 2, and HIPAA, plus quarterly compliance reporting. We sign BAAs for HIPAA-covered clients.
