These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at entitysolutions.co (the "Site") operated by Entity Solutions LLC ("Entity," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms govern public use of the Site. Engagements for managed IT services are separately governed by a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and any applicable Statements of Work (SOW). In the event of conflict, the MSA controls for engagement-specific matters.

1. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
Submit false, misleading, or impersonated identifying information.
Probe, scan, or attempt to discover vulnerabilities of the Site or its infrastructure without prior written authorization.
Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content from the Site at a rate exceeding reasonable human use.
Attempt to interfere with the Site's availability or any user's use of the Site.

2. SMS messaging program (A2P 10DLC compliance)

We operate a Sacramento-based, US-only application-to-person (A2P) SMS messaging program registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR). The following terms govern your participation:

Program description: Account notifications, appointment reminders, security alerts, and operational messages related to your engagement with Entity Solutions. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS through this program.

Message frequency: Varies by account activity. Typical recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Standard rates from your carrier apply.

Opt-in: You must affirmatively opt in by checking a consent box during account setup, by replying YES to an SMS confirmation, or by providing written consent in a signed Master Services Agreement or SOW.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages on this program.

Help: Reply HELP to any SMS message for support contact information, or email [email protected].

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Service availability depends on factors outside our control, including mobile network coverage and your device.

Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and opt-in records collected for our SMS program are used exclusively to operate the SMS program described here. See the Privacy Policy for full data-handling details.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program.

SMS terms canonical source. The complete SMS program terms — including sample message templates, the full opt-in flow, and the verbatim HELP and STOP responses — are available at entitysolutions.co/legal/sms-terms. The /legal/sms-terms URL is the canonical SMS-program reference for purposes of A2P 10DLC campaign registration.

3. Free IT health check

Our "Free IT Health Check" is a no-cost diagnostic service. By submitting your domain through the contact form, you authorize Entity Solutions to perform a read-only audit of the public DNS records of the submitted domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX). We do not access mailbox contents, employee data, or anything beyond publicly published DNS records. The audit report is delivered by email within 24 business hours. There is no obligation to engage Entity for paid services as a result of receiving the report.

4. Intellectual property

The Site content, design, and source materials are © 2025 Entity Solutions LLC and protected by applicable law. You may quote brief excerpts of public Site content with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial portions or use Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., scheduling tools, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third party. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Service-delivery warranties are addressed exclusively in the Master Services Agreement signed by paying clients.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entity Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or SMS messaging program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Engagement-specific liability is governed by the Master Services Agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Sacramento County, California.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
