Started Entity Solutions in 2025 after a decade in low-voltage and network integration — pulling cable, configuring Ubiquiti gear, and watching too many clients get handed off between cabling vendors, IT shops, and M365 partners with no one accountable when something broke.
The underlying infrastructure — RMM, SIEM, backup, ticketing, monitoring — runs on hardware we own and operate. Not a reseller relationship subject to a parent vendor's pricing changes. Not a SaaS that goes dark when the vendor pivots away from MSPs. We bear the operating cost so clients get a stable platform and predictable bills.

Security is process, not a product.
No tool by itself protects you. We deliver the process — patch within 7 days, MFA on every login, backups tested monthly, SIEM watching everything — and the documentation that proves we did.
Documentation is a deliverable.
Every cable, every IP, every credential is in IPAM. You get the documentation on request, and the full export at any exit. There is no vendor lock-in.
Your data is yours.
When you leave, we hand back everything within 60 days and don't keep secret copies. BAAs for HIPAA clients, evidence packages for SOC 2 auditors.
Transparent billing.
Monthly per-seat pricing, public on our site. Projects quoted up-front with fixed scope. Out-of-scope work billed at posted hourly rates. Carrier fees disclosed.
