SMS Messaging Program Terms

This page is the canonical reference for the SMS messaging program operated by Entity Solutions LLC ("Entity," "we," "us"). It is referenced by The Campaign Registry (TCR) and supersedes any conflicting summary elsewhere on the Site.

The Entity Solutions SMS messaging program sends operational, transactional, and account-related messages to clients and prospects who have explicitly opted in. The program does not send promotional, marketing, or third-party-content messages.
Message categories include:
- Security alerts for active Care+ clients (e.g., suspected account compromise, ransomware detection).
- Appointment reminders for scheduled onsite visits, deployments, or discovery calls.
- Ticket status updates for open helpdesk tickets you have submitted.
- Invoice notifications when an invoice is sent or comes due.
- Out-of-band notifications when primary channels (email, web portal) are unavailable.
3. How users opt in
A user may opt in to receive SMS messages through any of the following mechanisms:
- Web form consent. Checking the "I agree to receive SMS notifications from Entity Solutions" checkbox on a form at entitysolutions.co (when introduced). The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the form constitutes opt-in.
- Active engagement enrollment. By providing a mobile number and explicitly consenting to SMS contact in a signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement.
- SMS confirmation flow. If we receive a phone number through indirect means (e.g., during a phone call), we send a single confirmation SMS that requires the user to reply
YESto confirm opt-in. No further messages are sent unless YES is received.

Entity Solutions: You've opted in to account notifications. Up to ~10 msg/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
4. Message frequency
Frequency varies by account activity. Typical recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month. We do not send messages between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. local time except for emergency security alerts.
5. How users opt out
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Standard CTIA-recommended STOP keywords are also honored: END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and OPT OUT.

Entity Solutions: You have been unsubscribed and will not receive any further messages. To re-subscribe, contact us at [email protected].
After opt-out, no further messages will be sent on this program. Re-subscription requires an explicit new opt-in.
6. HELP response
Reply HELP at any time for support information. The automated HELP response is:

7. Carrier disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. Entity Solutions does not control carrier rates.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Coverage and delivery depend on mobile network availability and recipient device condition.
Supported carriers: All major U.S. wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most MVNOs). SMS to international numbers is not supported through this program.
8. Privacy & mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and opt-in records collected for our SMS program are used exclusively to operate the SMS program described here. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share opt-in data with any third party for any purpose, including marketing or affiliate promotion.
See the Privacy Policy for the complete description of data we collect, how it is used, and how long it is retained. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 4 years (a federal record-keeping requirement under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act).
9. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you own or have authorization to use the mobile number you provide.
10. Modifications
We may modify these SMS Terms with prior notice. Material changes will be announced via SMS to active subscribers with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
